Questions

Is there a free trial?

OnDue is in early access and billing hasn’t started, so nobody is charged yet. Every reminder waits for your approval, so you can connect your books and read the drafts before a customer sees a word.

What counts as an open invoice?

An invoice in QuickBooks Online or Xero with a balance due. Paid and voided invoices don’t count. The limit is how many are open at the same time, not how many you send in a month.

What happens if I go over the limit?

We’ll get in touch and help you move to the plan that fits. Nothing changes on your account without us telling you first.

Who pays the Stripe fee?

The card and ACH pay page is coming soon. When it launches, payments go to your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard rates, the same as if you took the payment yourself. OnDue won’t add a fee or a markup.

Will these prices change?

These are early-access prices. Billing hasn’t started, so nobody is charged during early access, and we’ll tell you before it does. Prices may change for new customers; early-access customers keep their price for 12 months.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans are month to month. Your invoices stay in QuickBooks or Xero either way, because that’s where they always lived.

I’m a bookkeeper with several clients. Which plan?

Several companies on one account is coming soon. Email us with how many clients you work with and we’ll tell you what works today.
