OnDue.

Two connections, read-only today.

OnDue sits on top of your books, so it matters exactly what it reads and what it changes. Here it is, line by line.

What a week of syncing looks like

New invoices and contact changes come in from your books. A payment you record there stops the reminders. A balance that doesn’t match holds them until it does.

Product illustration: the QuickBooks Online connection log, showing imported invoices, an updated contact, reminders held because a balance didn’t match, and two payments recorded in QuickBooks that stopped reminders.

Questions

Does OnDue work with QuickBooks Desktop?

No. OnDue connects to QuickBooks Online only.

How do I connect?

From OnDue, sign in to QuickBooks Online or Xero and approve access. OnDue never sees your accounting password, and you can revoke access from QuickBooks or Xero at any time.

Does OnDue write anything to my books?

Not today. It only reads. Once the Stripe pay page launches (coming soon), it will write one thing: a payment taken on the pay page, applied to the right invoice.

Can I connect more than one company?

Each account connects one QuickBooks Online or Xero company today. Several companies on one account is coming soon.

I’m on NetSuite. Should I sign up?

Yes, and say so on the early-access form. What people pick there decides what we build next. We’ll email you when your system is supported.

Next time an invoice goes late, let OnDue draft the first email.
