This website
This website uses no cookies and no advertising or third-party trackers. If you fill in the early-access form, we collect your name, work email, company, accounting system and approximate number of open invoices, and use them only to contact you about OnDue.
Analytics
We measure how the website and the OnDue app are used with our own analytics, which run on our Amazon Web Services account:
- First-party events, sent to our own server at ondue.ai: which pages are viewed, the site that sent you (its domain only), campaign tags in the link you followed, which buttons and links are clicked (links to other sites by domain only), and, when you send the early-access form, the accounting system and invoice range you picked.
- Amazon CloudWatch RUM (real user monitoring): page speed and errors.
Neither uses cookies or stores an identifier in your browser, and we never record your email address, name or what you type. In the app, actions are linked to your account by a one-way code, not by your email. We don’t sell this data or share it with advertisers.
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don’t load the page speed and error monitoring (CloudWatch RUM). The first-party events above, which carry nothing that identifies you, are still recorded.
When you use OnDue
To chase invoices for you, OnDue processes:
- Your account details (name, email, company).
- Data from your accounting system: invoices, customers, contacts and payments.
- Reminder emails sent on your behalf and the replies your customers send back.
- Once the pay page launches: payment results from Stripe. Card and bank details will be handled by Stripe, not stored by OnDue.
How we use it
To provide OnDue: drafting the reminders you approve and sending them, sorting replies, and showing your dashboard. We don’t sell personal data.
Who processes it
OnDue runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Once the pay page launches, payments will be processed by Stripe. AI features may use third-party AI model providers to draft and classify messages. A full list of subprocessors will be published here before accounts open.
How long we keep it
To be completed after legal review.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it by emailing privacy@ondue.ai. You can disconnect your accounting system at any time.
