Who we are
OnDue is provided by Invoice My Clients, LLC (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@ondue.ai.
What OnDue does
OnDue connects to your accounting system (QuickBooks Online or Xero), imports your open invoices, drafts payment reminders for you to approve, sends the reminders you approve to your customers on your behalf and reads their replies. When OnDue’s pay page launches, payments will be processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms and recorded back to your accounting system.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to connect the accounting company (and, once available, the Stripe account) you connect.
- You are responsible for the invoices you ask OnDue to chase being accurate and actually owed.
- You are responsible for the content of reminders you approve, and for following the laws that apply to contacting your customers.
- Keep your login secure and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.
Acceptable use
Don’t use OnDue to message people who don’t owe you money, to harass anyone, to collect consumer debts on behalf of third parties, or for anything unlawful.
AI-written messages
OnDue uses AI to draft reminders and sort replies. AI can make mistakes. Every reminder waits for your approval before it’s sent, and you can skip a reminder or stop chasing an invoice or customer at any time.
Fees
Plan prices are listed on our pricing page. Billing hasn’t started during early access, and we’ll tell you before it does. Early-access prices may change for new customers; early-access customers keep their price for 12 months. Once the pay page launches, card and ACH payments will be processed by Stripe at Stripe’s rates.
Your data
You own your data. We use it to provide OnDue to you, as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect your accounting system at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep OnDue available and accurate but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features over time and will tell you about material changes to these terms.
Liability
To be completed after legal review.
Ending your account
You can stop using OnDue at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
