# OnDue > OnDue is AI accounts receivable software for businesses that keep their books in QuickBooks Online or Xero. It imports open invoices, drafts an email reminder for each overdue one, waits for a person to approve every reminder, sorts customer replies, and stops chasing when an invoice is paid in the books. Status (November 2026): early access; accounts open in small batches by invitation, and billing has not started. ## What OnDue does today - Connects to QuickBooks Online or Xero by signing in with Intuit or Xero (OAuth); imports open invoices, customers and contacts; syncs every 15 minutes and reads the invoice in the ledger again just before each reminder. - Read-only on the ledger: OnDue does not create, edit or delete invoices and does not write anything to QuickBooks or Xero today. - AI drafts each reminder email from the invoice and its step in the cadence. Early-access accounts run the standard cadence: days 1, 7, 14 and 30 after the due date, email only. - Owner-approved reminders: every reminder waits in an approval queue; a person approves it (one at a time or as a batch) or skips it. Each decision is recorded with who made it and when. Nothing is sent to a customer without approval. - Replies to reminders come back to OnDue and are sorted: promise to pay (reminders held until the promised date, then resume if unpaid), dispute or question (that invoice pauses and goes to a person), already paid (pauses and is flagged to check), wrong contact (pauses and asks for the right person), out of office (not treated as an answer; waits for a stated return date). Replies the AI is not confident about go to a person. Sorting never emails a customer by itself. - Stop chasing: per invoice or for every invoice of a customer, with a reason and a record of who stopped it. - Payments recorded in QuickBooks or Xero (check, transfer or anything else) stop the reminders on the next sync. A balance that does not match the ledger holds reminders until it does. - Dashboard: amount owed and overdue, aging buckets (not yet due, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, over 90 days), collected in the last 30 days, drafts waiting for approval, replies that need a person, payments, and sync health. - Team: owner and member roles. Sign-in with a password or an emailed eight-digit code; optional authenticator-app two-factor sign-in with recovery codes. ## Not available yet (coming soon) - A card and ACH pay page through Stripe, and writing pay-page payments back to QuickBooks Online or Xero. - Sending reminders without approval (an automatic mode), and editing a draft before approving it. - Gentle, firm and custom cadences, cadences per customer, sending hours and a reminder before the due date. - Several companies on one account. - NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica, Odoo and other ERP and billing-system connections. - SMS and WhatsApp reminders (waiting on client-consent capture). - Bank-feed cash application, a 13-week cash forecast, AP portal submission. - SSO/SCIM and finer roles for larger teams. - OnDue does not make phone calls, charge late fees, run credit checks or hand accounts to collection agencies. - OnDue holds no third-party security certification or attestation. ## Pricing (early-access prices, USD; billing has not started) - Starter: $49/month or $490/year. 1 QuickBooks Online or Xero company; Up to 150 open invoices; 1 seat.
